So as weird as it is, I found this on a Wedding website with a bunch of little do it yourself things.

Its just a basic tutorial on how to make a mini top hat for us girls. I thought it was pretty well explain, and thought I'd share!

This is PERFECT! I cannot find mini-top hats to customize myself that are not rediculously expensive online. Thank you!

I'm making one soon, and I got some really nice feathers at Micheal's in the floral section. They were pretty expensive, but really pretty.

If your ever on Queen St in Toronto by Spadina, there are some wonderful antique/vintage jewelery and bridal stores that sell very lovely feathers at a great price. It is the feathers I use for my pieces. Check my flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/tincankittens/

Yeah, I'm all the way in Grimsby xD

There's a couple places that I'm looking into going to check out around the area for some clocks or something for parts. There's an antique place off the high way near St. Catherines, one in town near me, and then there's this place.

I went there once with a group, and they had some amazing stuff there. It looks odd, but its like a giant playground for steam punk enthusiasts. Me and some friends are headed up at the end of the month during our reading week.
