Mari here.

It's an honor to be a part of Steampunk Canada I must say.

To have connections to all these people across the country is like music in itself.

Though Edmonton Steampunk itself is still fairly new, I think we've started off wonderfully.

Edmonton and Area events will be posted here soon so keep checking in. Relax, have some tea and crumpets. We are here to celebrate a highly imaginative subculture.

Which reminds me, I have a lovely recipe for scones, and I know that at least three of us adore tea, so I'm determined to bring both to the next meetup.

I intend to live forever; so far, so good.

Ah... so good to find some fine folks of such similar interests!

And any chance of including a Grande Prairie resident in your activities?

Hmm... it seems I've jioned up just in time to move back to the Edmonton area. Oh and I do love tea, crumpets and the occasional scone.  When there is another run of meetups going on I'll definately have to make an effort to go.
