I don't know if a group trip/gathering has been planned, but there is an interesting exhibition of Victorian photocollages at the Art Gallery of Ontario until September 5, 2010. The AGO also has a very nice collection of textiles. A trip could be well worth it for the inspiration.

I was at the lecture at the opening of the AGO exhibit and one thing I learned about Victorican Photocollage is that it is an obsession that predated Facebook.  Victorians would "friend" each other by giving each other photocards much in the same way that we "friend" people now. 


Perhaps we can make a visit to the AGO a part of the July Summer meet.  We could follow up with a visit to The Grange.
