oooh.  Yes, I had planned to go, but its simply not in the budget.  I'll sate my con tastes this year with CNSE and FanExpo I reckon.

Looking forward to attending FanExpo with my work -its also my first time attending it and everyone tells me its epic.

Anyone else from Canada attending FanExpo in Steampunk gear?

I'm going to be going to FanExpo as well. Thats going to be my big con, but I taking my dad to his first Con this weekend because he is a HUGE star wars fan and the guy that play Lando is going to be there.


That and I want to try my costume out on people first before FanExpo xD

allow me a moment to Fanboy out.  EEEEEEEEE Billy Dee!  He's actually pretty cool, met him at a con awhile back, and he's amazingly friendly.  

That said, FanExpo is on my wish list, I'm not 100% yet as a maritimes road trip might supercede the Con.  If it doesn't though,  I hope to be there with steampunk bells on.
