I looove costuming. I started costuming when living in Indianapolis as a member of the SCA b and attended the local Renaissance faires. Specifically, I love the Tudorian fashion from Henry VII through Elizabeth I. I was also taken in by the Georgian fashions when attending the re-enactments of the Battle of Tippicanoe in Northern Indiana. Then my hubby Ron and I moved to Frederick Maryland, a hot spot for Civil War Re-Enactors. We lived near the battleground for Monocacy, Antietam, 30 minutes south of Gettysburg and was smitten by Southern Belle fashion. But I always had a soft spot for Victorian Edwardian fashion. I was a Goth girl during the daylight hours, so Steampunk just came naturally. Now I am happy living in Canada with my Canadian husband and am looking forward to linking up with other Steampunkers. I am an artist and amateur costumer, I design costumes for myself mostly and dolls and produce artwork along with my husband Ron.
Looking forward to hearing from people who would like to be friends.
