About Me
Finished apprenticeship after 8 years of toil and is now an Art Practitioner. Kind of obsessed with the one who calls himself The Doctor. Self pronounced sucker for costume dramas. Loves to read and drinks endless cups of coffee or tea, depending on the time of day it is. Post a CommentOops! The words you entered did not match the given text. Please try again. 22 Comments
LOL ! (Lingering On Laughter) That camel has good taste indeed! I fear he may chew on my hibiscus tea if I allowed him.........
I now wear a "Medic-Alert" bracelet that states 'In the event of an accident or illness requiring hospital care, please add a large Tim Horton coffee to the inter-venous bag'
The bloody dromedary broke into my felt-lined rosewood carrying case. Indeed...it may have been spitting remains of my tea stash ! Will need a cuppa to soothe my ruffled nerves........
Barely survived the Arabian trip.My camel got out of hand! Found some nice Assam tea, however.Believe it's from India.
I drink a bit of coffee as well, in fact I have the closest relationships with my local barirstas, and wear a "medic-alert" bracelet that says "in the event of accident or illness, please pour Tim Hortons into the inter venous bag"
Stand down, its not until the 27th - egads!
The astronomical steamclock seems to be puttering along just fine....except for that peculiar "tinking" sound. So nice to hear from you.Alas, will be out of touch for a couple weeks as I'm off to another mis-adventure in the fabled land of Babylononian in the great Holy Land! (actually a road trip to Edmonton..........geesh)
Dear Lady,
DR FREAKIN' WHO IS ON SATURDAY !!! HUZZZZAH!
That is totally baffling(but hilarious)Course I'm baffled most days anyway ! Got to get back to work on my astronomical clock .
Heavens......did you invent the time machine before or after it was constructed ?
Drat,I'm always misplacing those things.Forgetful me........Maybe someone could invent a kind of time machine to recover lost items!
Earl Grey is a splendid tea...............I enjoy an orange pekoe whilst travelling the Orient Express.Very quenching on a long dusty voyage!
I think its due to the fact that the money for the fiction department was really low as the BBC frowned upon science fiction being a low priority on the entertainment list. Yeah and the fact that nowadays special effects are so cheap compared to times past.
Ye Gads! That would be a fascinating venture to India for a darjeeling tea leaf or two.Sipped a nice black tea in Ceylon once!
I don't know the ladies names, oooops not a true whooy, bah humbug! I do like this new one really well written great characters. Nice, where's my dicky bow?
Would venture to China for the perfect tea leaf but it would probably take 80 days in a balloon...........blimey.........
I remember, John Pertwee as the first DR that I watched then Tom Baker. The Daleks were frightening always trying to take over the universe. A good set of stairs would take them out n those days. Some of the movies were good to watch. We used to watch them on a ciny 8 in the school hall on wet thursday afternoons.
Have you ever researched the older DR's?
Great scott ! That's a great photo in your profile.Nicely done!
